As a committed lifelong learner and an accomplished board-certified behavior analyst, Belle is deeply passionate about elevating the quality of life for those with exceptional needs. Boasting over 15 years of experience in special education and nearly a decade-long residency in the United Arab Emirates, she has meticulously refined her skills and fortified her dedication to perpetual learning. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis, further showcasing her commitment to deepening her expertise.

 

Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS) is a testament to Belle's commitment to improving lives. Founded under her guidance, BTS aims to offer scholarship programs to families, practitioners, and individuals with disabilities in developing nations, enabling them to play an active role in an inclusive society. Furthermore, BTS holds accreditations as a coursework and continuing education provider and is a recognized site for the Competent Learner Model (CLM). As BTS's founder, Belle is also a certified CLM coach and coordinator, employing her profound knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis to steer clients toward enhancing their functional abilities and gaining a higher degree of independence.

 

Belle's dedication to engendering positive change isn't limited to her endeavors with Behavioral Teaching Solutions. She founded the Association for Behavioral Science (ABS) Inc, a non-profit entity aimed at propagating and standardizing behavior analytic services, thereby creating avenues for communities that often go overlooked. Her enthusiasm for collaboration has made her a sought-after speaker and workshop conductor. She has journeyed to countries like Kenya, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka to not only disseminate her knowledge but also embrace cultural diversity and leave an indelible mark.
